Common questions
Does TKD Command require internet?
No. Everything runs on your local network. Scores, display, and referee tablets all communicate over Wi-Fi without any internet connection. Perfect for venues with unreliable connectivity.
How does the annual license work?
After payment you receive a registration code tied to your specific installation. The code is valid for 365 days. Renew before expiry at a 20% discount to keep your installation active.
Do I need one Ring Manager per ring?
Yes — Ring Manager is licensed per installation (per ring PC). Each ring runs its own instance. Director connects to all of them from a single tournament-director PC.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Both apps include a 14-day free trial on first launch — no payment required. Download, run a full tournament, and then purchase a registration code when you're ready.
What happens when my license expires?
The app will warn you before expiry. After expiry, features are locked until you renew. Your tournament data is never deleted — renewing restores full access immediately.
